ABOUT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD
Nestled just off of Old Fannin Road in Rankin County, Magnolia Place is a quaint, quiet and gated subdivision of only 51 homes just inside the entrance to Farmington Station in Brandon, MS. Even though we are quietly tucked away we are also only two miles from the Ross Barnett Reservoir and only three miles from Dogwood Festival Market. So close to great walking trails, a nature park, great shopping, dining and all of the conveniences you could want!
We are a covenanted neighborhood that is managed by a friendly and pro-active Property Owners Association whose Board works diligently to ensure our property values for the future.
Rankin County is one of the fastest growing counties in Mississippi. Located east of Jackson and Hinds County, the half-rural/half-urban county has seven incorporated cities. Surrounded by national forests, a 33,000 acre man-made reservoir (The Rez), and the 2nd largest river in the state (the Pearl River), Rankin County offers a multitude of outdoor and recreational activities. Come visit all Rankin County has to offer!
Thank you for visiting Magnolia Place!

OUR ASSOCIATION
All Homeowners in Magnolia Place are members of the Magnolia Place Property Owners Association. The members elect the Board of Directors to represent them in important decisions regarding Magnolia Place. One of the main functions of the Association is to enforce the Magnolia Place neighborhood covenants.
Proper and consistent enforcement of our covenants is the single most important thing we can do to protect the value of our homes and integrity of our neighborhood. We are currently self-managed and any questions can be sent to the Board at info@magnoliaplacems.com.
